Hi I don't know if que want the bras that the special stores sell for mastectomies. I personally don't like them, they are big and bulky and make me feel like i'm still sick. Qhat I use is Victoria Secret. I buy full coverage, that clip on the front. They have one in satin and one in cotton, I think both of them are racerbacks. The prostesis fits pretty well (mine is a triangular). sometimes it moves, but it isnt a real problem. Good luck
