Help! My father had some dental work done on his teeth over a month ago. He was a very active and healthy man until this procedure. First they capped his teeth(front) but the pain was unbearable. They gave him numerous needles in his mouth to relieve the pain, but to no avail. After thousands of dollars to pay for his dental work, the caps were removed and another doctor suggested a partial bridge(for his four front teeth and a couple in the back). The first dentist gave him half his money back(does that sound normal?) and so we proceeded with the partial. Well my dad has suffered major depression ever since the first dentist. He cries, feels guilty, anxiety, can not sleep and very anxious. This is not my dad. We do not know if they gave him some kind of pain killer that might of caused a chemical imbalance or allergy that is causing this depression. If anyone knows of these symptoms after dental work, please let me know what we can do to correct it so he can go back to being his normal self, thank you.
