Recently, I was diagnosed with this disease. I am responding nicely to Prednisone and we are starting to reduce my daily intake. My sed rates remain lowered! I understand that I will probably remain on a maintenance level for some time. However, I still have the pain in my upper back and shoulders. Would like to know/ hear from from others who are dealing with this condition.
