$ years ago I was diagnosed with having a syrinx in the C-7 area of my cervical spine. I was told to ignore it. I was sent to a neurologist and he said I had carpal tunnel. After that surgery I had 2 shoulder surgeries with no relief. I am seeing a new neurlogist and are going for another MRI (brain and cervical spine). He is thinking syringomyelia. My question is, does the size affect symptoms. My symptoms are numbness and tingling in my left arm, bad neck pain, headaches in my left eye only, frequent urinating, (at least 2x's per hour) left leg pain and weakness, and alot more. Doctors declared 95% loss of use of my left arm. I am unable to raise it more than 45 degrees. If anyone knows about this, please E-mail at ljbarone@aol.com. Thank you.
