I also have pr it comes and goes for about 2yrs. This past July i had very bad relaspe,i don't do well on prednisone but was forced to take 10 mgs. I lost some eye sight but came back after a few minutes. Was sent to a wonderful Rheumatolist,she inturn up the prednisone to 20 and i had a Bilateral Termoral artery Biospy,which did not prove anything so i am being not only for pr but for temporal arteritis, so up to 60mg now to 30.
