I am a 63 year old woman who has had fibromyalgia for more than l5 years. I too find that exercise of any kind does seem to be good for us. I have a total knee replacement (98) and had a really tough time after that, but I followed all the therapy etc. and I'm once again back to walking every day. Of ourse, the pain never goes away, but it will be there if I don't walk too! Arthritis has bee added to the problem...in my spine and hips. I've had biofeedback (helps) accupuncture, epidurals, and different meds. added at different times, which I use when the pain is worse than usual. I am now taking Ultram, and also use ex.p.m. or similar product...cannot use NSAIDS since I am allergic, so...I will be attending my first fibro. support group next week. I wish you well, and wish that I had lots more "stuff" to tell you that would really help with the pain. I am very lucky that I have a very understanding family...that really helps! Bz
