My sister has fibromyalgia and she has done the yoga with some help. It seems to help her more with the stretches and she walks morning and night for exersise. When she wakes in the morning the first thing she does is stretches to get the muscles loosened up. The more you do this the less pain will be. But it doesn't go away.
