is this terrible condition affecting the feet or ankle area. I think I have the same diagnoses: A.V.N.-avascular necrosis-it normally affects the hip or knee-it is quite rare to get this @my age 40 yrs.This pain i get from walking at all.the severly affects swelling & etc.I'm going to try accupunture after cast is removed.I had 2 attempted bone fusions; with no success.Plus they are broken titanium screws-3 due to falling off plastic chair-patio kind ( hard plastic resin). After the fall I now have back spasms & the beginning of the breaking of all 3 screws. I cannot see this as an option for the next 40 or more years.Remeber u asked for pen pals.
