i know what u r going thru, and my cousin has it too, and he is living to do everything, he is disabled, and i believe as well she quailifies too for ssd, find out ssd, just make sure that in the long run, weight gain, cause my cousin is over weight now and it affect alot in his walking in his crutches, , at times pain in his back, and he is going thru alot but im not sure if it really has to do of what he has, like his bowel movements, uti's , swelling of his legs from not walking to much, but i believe it is what he is going thru, he is very independant of himself and it is a struggle cuz he tried to do his best but he is very very smart and in school, so just be patient, alot of love and just being there to understand the hardship ur child will endurer, and from it all, sheor he will be like any other normal child.
