i am 35 and have had excema since age 4 and have used every product and prescription imagineable. for my hands what is controlling them best is dov or basis soap cow utter creme and alternating between 2 topical ointments. i recently ordered a new aerosol product from germany which i will be trying it is an oil of some kind with rave reviews. on my face i used almay green creme for red blotchy skin. it was a miracle until they discontinued it in 1996. most basis cremes didnt help and aguaphor made it worse. avoid anything with lanolin ive your daughter short cool baths and if her hands crack and bleed soaking them in milk will relieve the pain although there is no healing effect. good luck and if you have any questions email me
