I bled with my first pregnancy and lost twins due to an eptopic pregnancy. My second pregnancy I didn't bleed at all. With my third pregnancy I bled, on and off, and I successfully carried to full term. I also had a period during this pregnancy. Bleeding is always a worry during pregnancy for the women. If you are not happy with what your doctor says and you truely think something is wrong, then seek another professional opinion and get some tests that you think will put your mind at ease a little. But I can assure you that no matter how healthy a pregnancy is, you will always worry about your unborn child. You can only do what is humanly possible to help the pregnancy to be healthy and the rest is up to nature. Good Luck
