I have the same problem. Although I have several simple cysts and one complicated one. The first radiologist told me to go to a surgeon for aspiration. I went for a second opionion-he said its 8mm with cellular debris -sees it all the time-don't do anything. Meanwhile my gyno wants me to have it aspirated. It can make you go nuts.
