I first learned of my BTM diagnosis about 10 years ago when I had a routine blood test done for at my first employer. I was 23 years old at the time and didn't really recognize any of the symptoms described other then I tend to get tired and fatigued a little more rapidly than my peers...especially in hot and humid weather when playing sports or doing physical work. I am always looking for ways to improve stamina and energy. I found that DAILY cardiovascular excercise is key as well as a good protein rich diet. I recommend the Atkins diet. The emphasis on protein really works well for me and provides me with lots of energy. Not sure if this is BTM related or not but carbos bring my physical and mental energy levels way down so I try to control the intake. I would appreciate any additional helpful advise that anyone can offer. Thanks
