My son and I have been diagnosed 3 months ago of both having Hemochromotosis. I am very new at this and was very sick the last year. Eventually after a long struggle I found out what was wrong with me. I am 33 years old and my son is 14 years old. My daughter is only 8 years old. I still need to test her. At what age can I test her. Can you give me any other information. Currently we are blood shedding every 4 weeks. Are there any other treatments available, and what should my diet consist of.
