Have your husband go to an internist that will run a glucose tolerance test that is at least 6 hours in duration. That is the only way you can find out if he has "low blood sugar". That could be causing the fainting. Has he had a CAT scan? You need to eliminate as many possibilities as possible. Good luck and God bless
