I have had good results with neuromuscular massages every 2 weeks. Also taking supplements, Malic Acid & Magnesium. Also sleeping with a Sobakawa buckwheat hull pillow. I have been doing the above for a little over a year now. I still have flare-ups, fibro-fog, but I'm sleeping better and not on any medication. Occasional ibuprofen when pain gets flared. Compared to a year ago when first diagnosed, I was on sleep meds and also strong narcotic drugs for pain!! Would like feedback on others who are using the massage & supplement route without other medications being taken. Sherri
