I can tell you that if you havnt been to a neurologist I would get there asap. My doctors tried everything from a brace when they thought my problem was carpal tunnel to thinking I might have LUPIS. 1 trip to the neurologist and he had the correct diagnosis and the fix. The recovery was slow but almost 100 pct. only a little tingle in my arm. At the time I went to the neurologist I had lost the use of the arm and my left leg was also almost useless. I had tingling/burning..incredible burning... in my arm. I also had tingling numb feeling in the leg and even in the side of my face. If you are near Indianapolis, Indiana then go see Dr Sartoris with Indiana Neurology. The surgury was a tuff one but the down time after was about 90 days but that doesnt mean yours will be that long or tuff. I had herniated disc that had blown inward and was hitting my spinal chord... Thats why Im saying to get to a neurologist asap. X-rays didnt work! Only a CAT scan showed the problem. I wish you well...God speed. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
