I had a herniated disc too. I visited a site on the web for back problems. i followed an excersize routine that helped a lot. first, i had to stay off computer for days,and only be there 15 minutes at a time after that. my disc problem came from sitting in chair too long. then, i lay flat on floor on stomach for moments at a time. then take slow and very short walks on level ground several times a day. it gradually got better. my husband also put oil on me and prayed for me daily. bless you, in Jesus name.
